We allow changes to rental orders within a certain a 24-48 timeframe before the rental period begins. It’s best to communicate with our equipment and facilities as soon as possible to discuss any necessary changes and determine the options available to you.

In the event of equipment damage or loss, the rental agreement will typically outline the responsibilities and liabilities of both the renter. It’s crucial to report any damage or loss immediately and our equipment and facilities manager will guide you in the next steps .

Depending on the circumstances, you may be responsible for repair costs, replacement costs, or an insurance deductible.

It’s advisable to book production equipment as early as possible to ensure availability. Popular equipment is often in high demand, especially during peak production seasons. Booking in advance allows you to secure the equipment you need and make any necessary arrangements or adjustments to your production plans.

When renting production equipment, consider factors such as equipment quality and condition, compatibility with your existing gear, technical support , delivery and pickup options, rental pricing, and any additional fees or terms outlined in the rental agreement.

We offer daily, weekly, or monthly rates. It’s best to discuss your project requirements with our Equipment and Facilities Manger to determine the most suitable rental period.

Clean and pack the equipment securely, ensuring all accessories and components are included. Remove any personal files or data from rented devices.

Inspect the equipment for any damage or missing parts and communicate this to our Equipment and Facilities Manager before returning it.
